What Should You Do at a DWI Checkpoint?

The goal of a DWI is safety. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that checkpoints prevent 10% of DUI-related deaths. While this may be the case, innocent drivers can also get swept up in these checkpoints. They may even find themselves wrongly charged with DWI.
